Maybe they're doing this because they see the writing on the wall and feel they'll soon accept to permit purchasing options outside of iOS. Then if they're losing their cutting of everybody else's stuff, why should they pay information technology themselves?

I'one thousand not saying it's the correct thing to do to users, only if that'south the case, it kinda makes sense from a fiscal perspective.
